A travel medical insurance company has experienced a period decreased sales. Salespeople have noticed that they are confronted with pushback from clients as a result of common misconceptions. They have asked how they can demonstrate to clients that their misunderstandings are in fact incorrect and can then close the sale.
Conduct research into common misconceptions around travel medical insurance. Distill the technical information into accessible plain language that can be used with any client. Present concise factual responses to common misconceptions in a simple and directly applicable manner.
The job aid available at the end enables the learner to leave with a tangible reference for future use.
