I was responsible for organizing course content, designing instructional activities, developing facilitator guidance, and creating learner resources that supported both classroom instruction and on-the-job application.
The training emphasized active participation and real-world application. Learners practiced skills throughout the session using guided demonstrations, scenario-based activities, and a platform scavenger hunt that encouraged exploration and problem-solving in a low-pressure environment.
