New Hire Onboarding ILT Course

Overview

This instructor-led training curriculum was designed to support new hire onboarding and help employees build confidence using the ServiceNow platform in their day-to-day work.

Delivered during live, in-person training sessions, the program combines guided instruction, hands-on practice, and performance support resources to create an engaging and practical learning experience.

Developed to address the needs of employees with varying levels of technical experience and focused on helping learners quickly navigate the platform, locate information, troubleshoot issues, and manage multiple tasks efficiently within the system.

I was responsible for organizing course content, designing instructional activities, developing facilitator guidance, and creating learner resources that supported both classroom instruction and on-the-job application.

The training emphasized active participation and real-world application. Learners practiced skills throughout the session using guided demonstrations, scenario-based activities, and a platform scavenger hunt that encouraged exploration and problem-solving in a low-pressure environment.

The curriculum was intentionally designed to balance instructor guidance with independent practice so learners could build confidence before applying the skills in their roles.
